High Vehicle Output (HVO) Pumping Station — Used in conjunction with the HVO Software that's included with the Optional Touch Screen Interface, the HVO Pumping Station enables operators to maximize throughput with the fastest possible wash cycles.

First, the HVO Software provides broader programming flexibility and allows operators to obtain the exact pass configurations needed to meet their facilities' processing requirements. In fact, you can program your wash pass applications to be applied from back to front or front to back of the vehicle. Then operators can simply program their Vector® to eliminate wrapping of the front and back of the vehicle during R.O., clear coat, and drying agent applications. This speeds processing times up to 15 percent, while still achieving full vehicle coverage.

The HVO Pumping Station complements the HVO Software by providing a true high pressure rinse pass using both dual wash arms at once. The HVO Pumping Station includes the pump, motor control panel and wall manifold needed to provide this enhanced functionality.
