Vector Rapid Wash™ Operator Training Course
Who should attend?
Anyone who desired to gain a better understanding of the operation of a Belanger Vector® Rapid Wash system, and has a desire to be self sufficient in minor maintenance repairs – this course is for you.
What will the course teach?
The Vector® Rapid Wash training course was developed to provide participants with the skills needed to successfully troubleshoot, program, operate, and maintain the Vector® Rapid Wash.
This means you will learn how to:
- Maintain proper operation of the Vector® Rapid Wash.
- Identify and become familiar with the Vector® Rapid Wash system components.
- Use the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to optimize performance.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance.
Teaching Method
This is a highly interactive instructor-led learning experience. Participants will work in both a classroom and lab environment, getting hands-on experience with the Vector® Rapid Wash and its components. We have designed a test booth, used to increase the experience our participants obtain by attending this course. Participants will actually be able to manipulate programming features on an active machine, in addition to increasing their knowledge of the link between the operator interface and the performance of a machine.
How long is the course?
The Vector® Rapid Wash training is a 3-day course.
- Tuesday - 8:00 - 5:00
- Wednesday - 8:00 - 5:00
- Thursday - 8:00 - 5:00
Participants should arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class. A morning and afternoon break will be given, in addition, a light breakfast and full lunch will be provided each day.
